Thank you for your service, your leadership, and your commitment to Rotary District 6420. Together, we have the opportunity to continue building on last year's theme, "Unite for Good," as Rotary International President Yinka Babalola challenges us this year to "Create Lasting Impact."

As I prepared for this year, I found myself returning to one simple question:

Does this create the conditions for peace?

Whether it's a service project, a fundraiser, a club meeting, or simply how we welcome someone through our doors, each of us has the opportunity to create connection, belonging, and hope.

Throughout the year, as I visit each club, we'll explore that question together by looking at the who, what, when, where, how, and why behind our projects and activities.

Could we increase our impact?
Could we expand our reach?
Could we create new partnerships?
Could we invite someone new to experience Rotary?
Every club's answer will be different—and that's exactly as it should be.

I also encourage every Rotarian to invite a Plus One this year. Every new member brings talents, ideas, and opportunities that strengthen Rotary and our communities.
My hope is that by the end of this Rotary year, each of us will be able to look back and answer one question with confidence:
Yes...we created the conditions for peace.

I look forward to learning, serving, and celebrating with you throughout District 6420.

Yours in Rotary Service,
Tina Curtis
