The Rotary Club of Toluca is sponsoring a "Beat the Heat Bingo" program again this summer. Our goal is to bring the community members together for some fun, fellowship, and giving. Participants are asked to bring one paper product, to be donated to the Toluca Food Pantry, in order to play.
The more products they bring the more cards they can play. So far this summer we have collected about 15 large totes full of toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, napkins, and tissues. In order to support our local businesses, the Rotary Club purchases gift certificates that are used as prizes for the winners. In addition, everyone who plays Bingo enjoys free water, cookies, or ice-cream treats. We have one more Bingo before school starts, on August 6th.
