On 10/24/26, World Polio Day at 10 a.m. CST, Rotary members across Region 36 – Zones 25 & 29 are coming together for something BIG — a bold, unified step toward a polio-free world.

We are calling on 36,620 Rotarians and 964 Rotaractors across 11 states and 2 countries to take part in the World’s Largest Polio Walk — a powerful, visible demonstration of our commitment to ending polio forever.

This is more than a walk. It’s a movement.

🚶‍♀️ Every step taken helps raise awareness and support our collective goal of raising $1 million to end polio. Together, we are “This Close” to eradication—and this is our moment to push across the finish line.

Clubs are invited to organize their own walk in their community — whether it’s around a local park, school track, downtown square, or neighborhood streets — and join thousands of Rotary members walking together in solidarity. Every step taken raises awareness, inspires action, and brings us closer to eradication.

💥 How Clubs Can Participate:

  • Invite members, families, friends, and community partners
  • Wear your Rotary or End Polio Now gear
  • Capture photos and videos to share on social media
  • Use your voice to educate your community about Rotary’s fight to end polio
📌 Resources to help you plan and promote your walk can be found on the side panel.

💜 Why It Matters:
Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for decades, reducing cases by over 99.9%. But until we finish the job, children everywhere remain at risk. This walk is our chance to stand united, raise awareness, and show the world that Rotary will not stop until polio is eradicated.

Together, we will make history.
Together, we will take steps toward a polio-free future.

👟 Join the movement. Take the step. End Polio Now.
