2022 District Conference

The registration fee for this event is $60 to be paid by cash, check, or credit card upon arrival at the event on April 29 or 30. A registration table will be available at the Hyatt Hotel and The Bend Event Center. The fee covers all meals and activities at the Conference. The fee applies to all Conference attendees including member, spouse, significant other, etc. Please ignore the Payment Section of this registration form. Payment for each registered attendee will be made upon arrival at the Conference.

(Hyatt House/Hyatt Place, 111 Bend Blvd., East Moline, IL, 61244) The special block rate expires on March 29.

This is an in-person event. All current state and local Health Department rules and regulations concerning COVID will be in effect during the Conference.
