The Savanna Rotary Club is having their 4th Annual Chili Cookoff on Wednesday, February 4th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Manny's Restaurant, 211 Main Street, Savanna, Illinois. Admission is $5.00 per person to taste and judge the various delicious chili.
