In August 2019 Emil Rosen arrived from Finland to spend the year with us as our Rotary Exchange son. He attended Alleman High School and quickly became a Favorite both at school where he earned a spot on the Alleman Homecoming Court and was crowned as the Homecoming Prince, and with our Club!
Unfortunately, his year was cut short when the Covid Pandemic hit. Amid concerns that travel to and from Finland would be shutdown, Emil returned home April 7, 2920. He was a favorite with our Club, and we were thrilled to have him back with us today. Since leaving Emil finished high school and served his term plus and extra year of re-enlisting in the Finish military parachute regiment. He is now attending college in Helsinki with a major in finance and economics and hopes to continue to law school.
