Good news for clubs with shared leadership. ClubRunner has added a Co-President role in the portal. Previously, clubs were required to list one president of record. As a result, all communications went to that individual, and co-presidents had to rely on forwarding—often causing delays and extra steps.
What’s changed:
Clubs can now officially assign a Co-President in ClubRunner.
Communications will reach both presidents directly.
This reduces bottlenecks and keeps everyone aligned.
What to do:
If your club currently has—or plans to have—co-presidents, please use the Co-President option when assigning club roles in ClubRunner.
Important note:
This update applies only to ClubRunner. MyRotary.org will continue to require one president of record.
A small change that makes shared leadership smoother and more efficient
