Happy New Rotary Year, District 6420! As we step into a new chapter together, I’m filled with hope and anticipation for what this year will bring. Rotary is more than a collection of clubs—it’s a movement powered by connection, purpose, and people like you. Thank you for saying yes to leadership, to service, and to impact.
This year, we’re focusing our energy in three powerful directions: Grow stronger. Grow together. Grow forward
Grow Stronger – Through Membership
Membership is where it all begins. When we grow our clubs, we grow our impact. Our goal this year is simple and ambitious: each club adds one net new member by June 30, 2026. Think about the difference we can make if each of us invites just one new person into the Rotary experience—someone with a heart for service and a desire to belong.
But real growth isn’t just about numbers. It’s about helping every member feel valued, connected, and inspired. Let’s build clubs that people want to be a part of—not just because of what we do, but because of how we make them feel.
Grow Together – Through Club Connection
Rotary thrives on relationships. That’s why I’m launching the Rotary Connect Tour, a series of in-person gatherings designed to bring clubs together in fun, meaningful ways. We’ll laugh, we’ll learn, and we’ll strengthen the ties that make us one district family.
We’re also introducing Quarterly Virtual Town Halls—open conversations where Rotarians can hear updates, share ideas, and help shape our collective journey. (Look for the schedule in a separate article in this issue.)
Grow Forward – Through Youth Leadership
We also have a responsibility to invest in the future. That’s why I’m so excited to launch Level Up: Leadership for Life, our new youth initiative focused on leadership, mentorship, and confidence-building for high school students. This flexible, club-supported program is a powerful way to develop tomorrow’s leaders today—and to introduce young people to the heart of Rotary.
This year, let’s choose bold goals. Let’s make room for new people and new ideas. Let’s lead with courage and serve with joy. I believe in this district. I believe in you.
I can’t wait to meet many of you during the Connect Tour or see your faces in our Town Halls. And I can’t wait to see what we accomplish—together.
Yours in Rotary,
